The artwork contained in this CD-ROM and referenced by image QUEST is protected by copyrights registered and owned by Dynamic Graphics, Inc. Purchaser is granted a nonexclusive license to use content as illustrative or decorative material that is included as part of a total graphic design or print communication produced for purchaser, employer of client; however, the content may not be used in whole or part in another clip art stock design product. By proceeding into this CD-ROM, you acknowledge the copyrighted nature of the artwork and you agree to use the artwork only for the purpose for which it is intended.
LIMITED WARRANTY
For ten days from the date of delivery to the purchaser, Dynamic Graphics, Inc. warrants to the purchaser that the materials on which the image QUEST software (product) is recorded are free of defects in manufacture or damage during shipment, and that image QUEST is correctly recorded. Any return must be because of manufacturing defect or damage during shipment and be made to Dynamic Graphics, Inc. or the authorized dealer where the product was purchased. Product cannot be returned because of defect due to abuse, negligence, accident or alteration.
All returns will be exchanged for identical products; no credits or refunds. Regardless of circumstance, Dynamic Graphics, Inc. will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any defect or use of Dynamic Graphics image QUEST software. Dynamic Graphics, Inc. makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, with respect to the products fitness for any particular purpose or use. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may have others, which vary from state to state.

The use of the artwork, from CD or index, in whole or in part without written permission - for multiple resale in the form of stock proofs, engravings film, mats, printing, digitized images, etc. - is expressly denied.
